Brake symptoms may include squealing, grinding, vibration or changes in pedal feel. Different symptoms can have different causes; a description alone is not a diagnosis. Note when the symptom happens, how long it has been occurring, and any dashboard warning lights. The shop must confirm its brake service scope and diagnostic process before this page is published.
Before requesting service
Describe your vehicle year, make, model and symptoms. If possible, include when the issue occurs and any warning indicators. A service request is not an appointment confirmation.
